Auctioneer Toolbox2.0.17 - App Store

AuctionMethod offers white-label auction software and custom auction software development, serving auctioneers since 2012. Auctioneer Toolbox is AuctionMethod's official mobile app for iPhone and iPad, built for cataloging, checkout, and removal work in the field.

With Auctioneer Toolbox, staff can catalog items with photos on site, process checkout and pickups, and collect digital signatures without returning to the office. The app works offline and syncs data once a connection is available, so cataloging and checkout do not stop when a signal does. It connects to AuctionMethod's white-label auction platform, so catalog, invoicing, and reporting data entered in the field matches what appears on the desktop admin dashboard.

AuctionMethod is serving Auctioneers, Estate Liquidators, Farm and Heavy Equipment, Industrial, Salvage and Recycling, Non-Profit, Corporations, Retail Liquidators, Auto and Car Dealers, Real Estate, Arts and Collectibles, and Single-Use auction businesses. AuctionMethod is based in Massachusetts, serving the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

AuctionMethod is rated 4.9/5 on Capterra and SourceForge and received SourceForge's 2026 Top Performer Award in Auction Software. AuctionMethod reports a 94% renewal rate. The platform is hosted on AWS, with separate client databases and auto-scaling infrastructure.

AuctionMethod's platform charges no commissions, no per-lot fees, no platform skim, and no contract. Using Auctioneer Toolbox requires an AuctionMethod account. New auction businesses can start AuctionMethod's 30-day free trial, no credit card required, at auctionmethod.com.
